Tee Time Suites provides private indoor golf simulator experiences in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Customers are responsible for using our facilities, equipment, and booking services appropriately and following all posted facility rules.
We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access when necessary to protect our facilities, customers, and equipment, subject to applicable law.
2. Reservations and Memberships
Reservations and memberships are managed through our designated booking platform, Alba.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making reservations or purchasing memberships.
Reservation availability, pricing, membership benefits, and applicable restrictions are displayed during booking.
Cancellations, refunds, and membership changes are subject to the policies disclosed at the time of purchase.
3. Facility Use
Customers must use the golf simulators, equipment, and facilities responsibly.
Guests accompanying a customer are expected to follow the same facility rules.
Customers may be held responsible for damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of facility policies, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Email Communications
Tee Time Suites may send transactional emails relating to reservations, purchases, membership information, and customer service.
Customers who have opted into marketing communications may also receive promotional emails about special offers, memberships, events, and other Tee Time Suites services.
Marketing email recipients may unsubscribe using the link provided in those messages.
