Frequently Asked Questions

  • The suite runs on Trackman — the same dual-radar, camera-based system used by PGA Tour players, top instructors, and club fitters. You get tour-level ball and club data on every shot, plus a course library with real-world venues. See the full Trackman setup.

  • Members are able to book additional time at a discounted rate of 20% off

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tee time receive a full refund or hour credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the booking.

  • No. Tee Time Suites is unstaffed and fully private. Members and visitors are asked to tidy up after their session to leave the suite ready for the next guest.

  • Yes, members can bring guests during their session. The member must be present. The suite has capacity of 5 people (member plus up to 4 guests).

  • Public bookings are available at $85/hr (peak) or $65/hr (off-peak). Key rules:

    • 1-hour minimum per reservation
    • Bookable within 72 hours (3 days) of start time
    • 100% prepaid at time of booking
    • Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours in advance; no refunds within 24 hours
    • First booking fee credited toward membership initiation if you join within 7 days (up to $100, cannot be applied to dues or future bookings)
    • Limit of 4 public bookings per calendar month (4 total hours per month).

  • We do not offer on-site food or beverage service. However, members are allowed to bring their own food and drinks to enjoy during their reservation times.
